Dermoscopy’s Contribution for the Diagnosis of Folliculotropic Mycosis Fungoides.

Folliculotropic mycosis fungoides (FMF) is one of the three recognized variants fungoides. FMF predominates in men over 50 years old. Often it takes a long time for definitive diagnosis after onset skin lesions. Dermoscopy today represents almost an extension clinical dermatological examination, with its application being expanded day medical literature. The authors demonstrate dermoscopic findings recently described context (follicular accentuation / white halo around follicles), case typical presentation, confirmed by clinical-dermatological correlation.
